In this day and age, it may be difficult to feel seen, heard, validated and appreciated. You may feel like there is no one around to discuss your thoughts and feelings with, or that doing so may burden them. We try to go it alone, but sometimes it just takes a bit of support and a listening ear to process stress and to release it. If you are going through marital or relationship stress, family or friend difficulties, you are struggling with grief, low self-esteem, or are experiencing trauma, such as, sexual assault or domestic violence, you are safe here.
My goal is to create a space for you to breathe, express yourself and to feel safe. By celebrating the aspects that make you unique, we will establish your strengths and work together through the difficult times. Together, we will discuss your goals, struggles, wants and needs, and come up with healthy tools in which to navigate healthily through your life.
Without judgement and bias, you are free to express yourself and your needs. I will hold hope for you, when you feel that yours is gone. Often finding a therapist and making that first appointment is the hardest part. I invite you to take a calming breath and take that leap.
