Much of what drives anxiety, depression, addiction and other self-limiting behaviors has to do with internal reactions that are hidden from our minds. We go through life numbed out or overwhelmed by our own experience. Talk therapy alone has limited value unless combined with other practices.
I create a safe space to help you explore yourself in new ways through therapeutic techniques that balance cognitive and mind/body work. These include Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness based CBT and DBT, and trauma sensitive yoga.
