As an LICSW, I specialize in eating disorders, women’s midlife transitions, young adults, neurodivergent women, executive functioning challenges, and supporting parents of children with special needs. I also work with clients who are struggling with intimacy, whether because of life demands, hormonal changes, relationship stress, or the need to reclaim autonomy and recognize that they deserve pleasure, connection, and fulfillment.

Together, we work to build insight, reduce shame, strengthen coping strategies, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and manageable.
