I am especially passionate about empowering trauma survivors to move past feeling stuck or defined by painful experiences.
For the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, fear-based thinking, anger, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.
My goal in our sessions is to create a welcoming space where you can unpack your thoughts and feelings, feel heard and seen, and process life's challenges. In our first session together, we will have brief introductions and talk about the therapy process.
