Do you ever find yourself feeling lonely but too ashamed to talk about it? This therapy group may be for you! It's a supportive space for women (mid 20’s-mid 30’s) navigating loneliness due to changes in female adult friendships. We will be meeting in person on Wednesdays from 5:15 - 6:30 PM for six sessions lasting from January 7th- February 11th, 2026. Half of the amount of $240 for 6 sessions is due before starting the group. Feel less alone in your loneliness and join today :)
