Finding a therapist you can relate to while feeling comfortable sharing your most intimate challenges can be a difficult decision. My goal is to provide an environment where you can explore all areas of your life that are holding you back from living a more fulfilled life. Whether you feel overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or stuck in your life, together, we will create a plan to help you figure out what you want and how to move forward. While we will focus on the present, we will also look at how the past has influenced you to gain insight as you navigate your life.
I specialize in working with individuals & couples who want to overcome fears and anxieties that are holding them back from taking the next step in their lives- whether that is going back to school, changing careers, having children, restoring relationships, or learning how to balance the demands of parenthood on relationships and career.
Prior to psychotherapy, I had extensive experience within the corporate world which provides me with insight into the challenges, personalities, and stressors associated with high-pressure careers and how to navigate these challenging dynamics. I look forward to connecting with you to further discuss what you are looking for in therapy.
