Prior to a sole focus on mental health, I was a vocational rehabilitation counselor working with individuals with disabilities. Specifically, navigating one’s strengths and finding accommodations in the employment field. This also encompasses instilling social and life skills as well as providing resources to those who are in need.
I come with expertise in anxiety and stress management, grief and loss, self-esteem and personal growth, and well as conflict resolution. I am trained in motivational interviewing. I believe in a holistic approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and client-centered therapy.
