I help people drop the wrestle with their difficult emotions and learn to dance with them instead!
I have guided many in healing from the effects of trauma and specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS)/"parts" and inner child work, and body-based/somatic approaches. I am passionate about working with those going through faith expansions and exploring their unique meaning in the existential realms.
