About
I am a clinical psychologist providing compassionate, solution-focused therapy to assist you, your child, or your family with many of life's challenges including anxiety, trauma, women's issues, depression, parenting, stress, and adjusting to life changes. My approach to therapy is relationship based, flexible, collaborative and research informed. I use an integrative framework of therapeutic intervention pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relational/attachment focused models. With children I work from a play therapy model and believe that family involvement is essential to healing.
I have a special interest in working with teens and women around anxiety, trauma, postpartum depression, and pregnancy. Additionally I have training in evidenced based practices including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).
I am privileged to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from clients representing various ages, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnic and religious backgrounds and life experiences. Whatever your presenting concern may be, I look forwarding to working collaboratively with you to meet your personal treatment goals.
