My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment (ERP, I-CBT, ACT) and a deep understanding of how OCD actually shows up in real life. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and supported. I’m a warm and deeply empathetic therapist, and I prioritize building a strong connection where you feel free to be yourself without judgment.
