I graduated from Winona State University in 2009 with an MS in Community Counseling. My experience includes additional education on motivational interviewing and mindfulness. My approach is informed by both DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
I work with adult clients addressing anxiety, depression, life adjustments, grief, and self worth. My perspective includes mind-body connection, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and connection to community. I have a special interest in women's issues.
