The psychotherapeutic modalities I use in treatment are Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Object Relations Therapy, and Structural and Strategic Family Therapy. Marriage and Family therapists look at the entire family system.
I help clients set goals for themselves in order to live the most fulfilling life possible. I help identify places where clients may feel stuck and want change. I love to help clients create new patterns in relationships to cultivate deeper communication and growth. I believe in creating a safe space for people to be vulnerable and heal.
