About
It’s a new day with endless possibilities, but you feel the dread in the pit of your stomach again. You feel the pressure to live the life you’ve been dreaming of, but you can’t quite figure out what is holding you back. Some areas of your life might feel right on track, while other areas are stressful or chaotic. You are longing to feel content and at peace with who you are. Or maybe you are searching for peace and understanding within your relationship and desiring to feel more connected and valued. You are feeling ready for a change - ready for therapy - ready to have someone who truly hears you and supports you. I am here.
I use an integrated approach to therapy and tailor interventions to match your needs. I utilize my training in IFS, EFT and CBT. Together, we will explore the complex emotions around your circumstances and discuss how to best navigate through it all. I provide a caring, comfortable environment where you can feel safe to open up. Every part of you is welcome!
Whether you are overwhelmed by motherhood, facing fertility struggles, striving to maintain connection with your spouse, navigating the world as LGBTQ or just fighting to keep your head above water while battling depression and anxiety, please consider letting me help you make sense of your thoughts, behaviors and emotions.
