I work primarily with teenagers (13+), college students and adults with a variety of mental health concerns, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, childhood wounds, stage of life issues, relationship/communication issues, self-worth issues, grief/loss, and spirituality from a Christian perspective.
I am passionate about coming alongside clients through counseling and I believe it has the ability to change a person's life forever, in ways they may have never even imagined.
