About
Have you been beaten down by your past wounds and your story's heartache? It's true, this life can be so hard and while I haven't met you yet and don't know what you've been through, I deeply value your story and believe hope and healing are possible for you. Here, you will be seen, heard, known, and met in a safe, non-judgmental space to be totally, completely, honestly you. I believe you can become who you were created to be. Beginning the counseling journey takes courage and I consider it a great honor to be able to embark on your journey with you to become fully free, fully alive, and fully you.
I work primarily with teenagers (16+), college students and adults with a variety of mental health concerns, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, childhood wounds, stage of life issues, relationship/communication issues, self-worth issues, grief/loss, and spirituality from a Christian perspective.
I am passionate about coming alongside clients through counseling and I believe it has the ability to change a person's life forever, in ways they may have never even imagined. Counseling with me will always be professional, ethical, and safe, but will also be like getting coffee with a friend. Come as you are, I would be honored to hear your story.
