I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of individuals, couples, and adolescents from diverse backgrounds with a history of depression, anxiety, trauma and chronic illness. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Post Disaster Distress and treat behavioral reactions including PTSD symptoms and stress vulnerability.

I incorporate a combination of therapies and mindfulness techniques to provide treatment that will allow you to reach your goals and deepen the understanding of your symptoms.
