I am typically a great fit for folks who identify as perfectionists, people pleasers, and/or are highly sensitive. Together, we will work to shift patterns in your life that no longer serve you and your values. In each session, it is my goal that you feel worthy of connection, liberation, and inner peace.
I use a trauma-informed, mindful, & person-centered approach to support each individual in building enriched self compassion and acceptance. I have extensive experience and training working with individuals who are suffering from anxiety, low self esteem, eating disorders, and trauma. My style is warm, genuine and relational.
