I am passionate about preparing my clients for life—both inside the home and in the world around them. Being human is hard, especially being a tiny human in a world that feels immediate and absolute, uncertain and disruptive, and full of distractions. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulty connecting with peers, or simply the brave and complicated work of being human, I provide a space where they can feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually help.
My approach is warm, playful, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate play-based interventions, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build confidence, resilience, and self-understanding.
My goal is simple: to help your child feel safe, understood, and empowered—so they can thrive. I am flexible with scheduling and do my best to accommodate appointments to meet the needs of children with busy lifestyles.
