People come to therapy for validation, acceptance, and answers to the questions that seem unknown. You may be feeling hurt, lost, unheard, invalidated, and you are seeking answers. I can meet you where you are in your journey and help you navigate your way to your truth through my years of education and experience.
I have nine years experience working with mental illness and the developmentally delayed population in North Carolina. I have specialized in providing individual, couples and family therapy for clients struggling with chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
I have had the opportunity to work as a respite and CAPP provider in Mecklenburg County, an outpatient therapist for a local agency, school based counselor and consultant with a local Head Start agency to provide classroom and child observations and recommendations for treatment.
