About
Lindsay offers telehealth for WA state residents, walk and talk therapy and home visits for bereavement counseling in western Skagit County starting July of 2021. Therapy is a collaborative journey of discovery where Lindsay aims to bring awareness, cultivate resiliency and wholeness. She believes that it is completely natural to need skillful support during a lifetime. Each individual, family and community are seen and respected as unique beings. Her approach is caring, respectful of diversity and soulful; backed by theraputic experience, current scientific research and theory.
Lindsay works with adults & families only (no couples). Her specialties are grief/loss, traumatic loss, ecological grief, anxiety/panic disorders, highly sensitive persons, adult survivors of child abuse & relationship issues. She has also been a youth, teen and adult mentor, educator and wilderness guide in transformative experiences for over 20 years.
Lindsay is completely telehealth now and also offers physical distanced theraputic sessions outdoors and will be offering home visits for bereavement counseling in Skagit county starting in July 2021.
