What we create offers insights, understanding and perspective about our lives. My endeavor is to guide and support you in expressing and rekindling the relationship between yourself and others. The stories shared may not be easy to tell. Even when words are not enough, there’s meaning in expressing what matters to you.
I provide psychotherapy and counseling as an art therapist with an emphasis in trauma-informed care. No need for formal art experience or skill set. My work experience is varied from outpatient settings, hospice care, IIH/MHSS services as well as residential and elder care facilities.
