About
I work with a wide range of clients from adolescents to adults and enjoy the challenge that every client brings to the table. The ideal client is one that wants change and is ready to engage in the therapeutic process.
With a comprehensive understanding I challenge, support, empathize and validate the clients I work with. It is imperative that the relationship between client and therapist is collaborative, built off of trust and free of judgement. The client is the expert and therefore I allow my clients to guide the therapeutic process with open communication.
One of the most difficult things you can do is seek help. I pride myself in understanding the strength it takes to acknowledge our weaknesses. It is of great importance to me that I provide my clients with a supportive and welcoming space where they can share, grow and explore through all of life's experiences.
