Maybe you’re no longer sure a relationship, or a job, is right for you, and are tired of not feeling seen or heard, valued or understood. Maybe constant worrying, or a hurtful past, is keeping you from living your life the way you want-with laughter, love, and hope.

A space free of judgement, and full of understanding. I care about what you are going through, and can help you feel heard, help you feel better.
