The therapeutic process is a healing process. Healing takes place both internally and within the context of relationship. We constantly shift and change day to day, week to week, year to year. Changes can be going from sleeping to waking, from changing our routines, or outdated patterning. Changes can come in the form of a new baby, a new marriage, a new job; and they can also be divorce, death, health issues, or a sudden move. Inherent in every change is a level of questioning, worry, and concern either internal or external. I do believe change is a wonderfully empowering catalyst to growth and healing.
I believe that you are your best healer and your process of healing is unique to you as an individual. I believe healing to be a remembering and encountering with your wholeness that encompasses every dimension of your being. It is my hope to offer a space for your own observation of your life and discover how you'd like to expand and change and grow.
