When working with my client's I understand there is not a one-size-fits all kind of treatment, and try to tailor to my client's needs as much as possible. Ultimately, I want to try to help you help yourself so you can be independent as possible, but have some guidance when it comes to figuring out life challenges so you do not have to face them alone.
I have an eclectic background pulling from different counseling theories, and specialize in art therapy, which helps give me different perspectives when helping clients, and helps me customize interventions for my clients. I also facilitate monthly Art Therapy groups that cater to different ages including 6-11 years, 12-17, and adults 18 and older.
As a neurodivergent therapist, and someone who has learned to live with anxiety, and depression. I understand the hassle of shopping around for a therapist who is a good fit for you, and your needs to get started. I have been there! I try to be mindful of my clients needs, especially those who have never been to a counselor before, so hope I can help you!

Groups
Art Therapy Groups
Facilitate monthly Art Therapy Groups open to the general public for kids (5-10 yrs old), teens (11-17 years old), and adults (18 and up). We explore different topics and art techniques each month! Creative Kids group runs on the 2nd Tuesday evening of every month, and Teens Art Group is on the evening of every 3rd Tuesday from 6-7 PM.
