I know that reaching out for counseling can take a lot of courage, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do this alone. I work with teens (16 and up) and adults who are struggling with things like anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or ADD/ADHD. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you find understanding, relief, and a sense of direction.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” model. Because I’m also an educator, I understand that everyone learns, grows, and heals differently.
I’ll meet you where you are and tailor our work to what fits you best. Sometimes that means digging into thoughts and patterns, sometimes it’s about learning new coping strategies, and sometimes it’s simply about having a safe place to process what you’re going through.
From our very first session, I’ll focus on building trust and creating a space where you can feel safe to be yourself. Healing isn’t always easy—but it’s worth it. I’ll walk alongside you as we work together toward change, growth, and the kind of peace that lasts beyond our sessions.
