About
I believe that relationships shape who we are and impact our behavior. When these relationships become challenging many areas of our lives are affected including school, home, work and individual wellbeing. I strive to create a safe therapeutic space where we can authentically explore those avenues and roadblocks so that each person can have a new experience of themselves and those around them.
Sessions will be tailored to the individual, couple, or family's needs and might focus on alternative communication styles, behavior patterns, genuinely understanding and expressing emotion, and fostering compassion and empathy.
Currently, I am accepting new clients for either telehealth or in person appointments at our new Lakeway location. I am available Sunday-Wednesday 3:30pm - 9:30pm. Couples, individuals and teens welcome! Visit https://nurturefamilycounseling.com
