I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you don't feel the need to keep that mask on. Where your truest, most vulnerable self is valued, celebrated, and understood. Maybe that mask is suffocating and you're tired of trying to fit in and hoping to embrace a more authentic you, maybe you're trying to heal from the past, grasping for a healthier present and future, or somewhere in between. Wherever you land, I want to collaborate with you on finding a you that feels better, unburdened. Through a caring approach that is LGBTQ+ & neurodivergent affirming, we can get there.
My approaches aren't a worksheet, but an opportunity to explore the whole version of you. I have specialized training in art therapy, EMDR, and DBT. I enjoy utilizing methods that integrate the whole person such as mindfulness and sand tray; methods that empower you to move forward. You deserve an approach that is compassionate, caring, and custom to you.
I am honored that you read this far and whether you work with me or not, I wish you and/or your teen continued healing.
Please note that ultimately, the above is just a general overview of the support I provide, to really get a sense of me and how I work, please reach out through a phone call or email.
