My priority is to show up in the counseling space as my genuine self in order to connect with you and provide a nonjudgmental space to honor your authentic self as well. I aim to be a caring and supportive listener whom you can share your story with and, together, overcome difficulties, enhance resiliency, and foster growth. I work with clients to discover their joys, values, confidence and self-compassion in order to find their place in communities and relationships in which they feel safe, whole and connected. I have experience working with adults on identity, relationships, life transitions, grief, depression, and anxiety.
My therapeutic approach is personalized and prioritizes the therapeutic connection, utilizing a variety of techniques and interventions to meet the different needs of each client. I especially enjoy working with people who want intimate and meaningful relationships with others but struggle to embrace this vulnerability.
With an approach consisting of relational-cultural, existential, and feminist component, I am passionate about and have additional training in working with queer individuals and athletes. I believe each person possesses the capacity to rewrite their narrative, and I am excited to join you in this next chapter.
