Life can get hard and may feel overwhelming at times. The patterns we've developed throughout our lives can become the things that get in the way of the life we want. Whatever you’re going through, you’re not alone. My goal is to walk with you through these challenges and provide a safe place where you can feel understood and accepted. We may not be able to change the situations that happen to us but we can change how we perceive them and how we respond. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you are able to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions so you can overcome the things that are holding you back.
I have experience working with children, teenagers and adults in various settings. I'm committed to using empirically supported treatments to provide my clients with the tools to overcome challenges and succeed in their everyday life. In addition to cognitive-behavioral interventions, I provide couples counseling, play therapy and family-based interventions.
The decision to call a therapist can be difficult but it is a step forward. I understand therapy requires a significant investment of your time and resources. I genuinely care for every client and I’m committed to providing you with the therapeutic needs you require. I offer both office and virtual appointments and have flexible hours for your convenience.
