As a therapist, my job is to listen and help my clients grow. In my practice, Silver Lining Therapist, LLC, I set out to create a warm and safe environment as the therapist/client relationship is crucial in creating the foundation for self exploration. I encourage transparency, honesty and positive communication in order to help those who seek me out feel better.
I specialize in helping teenagers and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustment/life transitions (ie: graduations, losses of relationships, jobs, divorce, grief), daily stress, stages of parenthood (ie: mom guilt) and self-care. I offer individual sessions both virtually or in person at this time.
