Creating a trusting relationship and holding a safe space for you to feel seen, heard, respected and understood is my top priority. It is my privilege to listen and provide support through some of life's most difficult challenges. I bring a gentle, curious, compassionate, non-judgmental and often playful approach to therapy. I help children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing or have a history of a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, body image issues, grief, life transitions, changes in beliefs, relationships and identity.
I can help you understand and regulate emotions, manage stress, strengthen relationships, build healthier habits, heal from painful experiences, and use courage to keep becoming your fullest self. My practice is informed by person-centered, cognitive behavioral, attachment, trauma-informed, internal family systems, and mindfulness theories.
I know it takes so much courage to reach out for help, and finding the right fit to meet your needs can take persistence. You are worth the effort. My hope is that you leave our time together feeling lighter, connected and empowered, with a bit more space to breathe, and a clearer understanding of the next steps you want to take.
