I work with mothers, caregivers, and people navigating grief who are showing up to work, juggling responsibilities, and functioning on the outside while quietly struggling inside. Many feel like they’re going through the motions, distant from the people they love, and unsure how to find their way forward. Others are living with the pain of losing someone they love or caring for family members as illness slowly takes pieces away. They often understand their grief intellectually but feel disconnected from their body and emotions. They want support that helps them reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and their grief.
I help people move from feeling overwhelmed and disconnected to feeling more grounded and confident in how they cope and respond to stressors. Through individual and group therapy, we build awareness of emotional and body-based responses so you can respond to challenges with greater clarity, self-trust, and authenticity.
