When we begin to heal ourselves, we can begin to truly love the person we are. Our struggles, past or present, do not define who you are as a person. It is simply a chapter in your life. We can use our struggles to gain strength. It takes courage, resiliency and determination, but with the right tools, I believe we can all heal. Recovery is not linear, and progress is not perfection.
I work with clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders. I use a mixture of modalities such as CBT and DBT. Not all modalities will help clients the same. They are not a one size fits all. Each client has a treatment plan tailored to their needs.
If you are in need of services, please reach out to me. It is okay to ask for help.
