I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in treating survivors of trauma due to interpersonal violence. I believe in an integrated approach with a focus on the therapeutic relationship that infuses EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential modalities that focus on the mind/body connection.
Clients I work with are looking to: heal from trauma/PTSD, heal attachment wounds, manage anxiety, manage recent life transitions, build self-esteem, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I am also available to provide supervision for MSWs seeking licensure.
The decision to begin therapy is a deeply personal one. It can be hopeful and scary. I see therapy as a co-created process set to each individuals pace, needs, and goals.
