I believe that we all have an innate desire for growth and healing. Focusing on building and maintaining a trusting relationship with clients throughout the process is very important to me. My goal is to facilitate personal growth and insight for individuals seeking change and meaning in their lives. I focus on aiding clients on their journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing. It is important that I provide a safe space, void of any judgment, where individuals can feel secure and supported in their expressions of feelings, thoughts, and reactions. I welcome clients of any and all identities, beliefs, and backgrounds.
I utilize Internal Family Systems to facilitate the strengthening access of the core self and in the healing of internal wounded parts of our personalities. I like to incorporate intentional humor to help build rapport and to increase comfort. I also provide ADHD coaching to teens.
Making the decision to begin the healing process is equally courageous and difficult. I want to make this process as effective as possible for all clients. By creating a safe space for vulnerability and trust, I hope to provide the help you are looking for.
