I utilize a strengths-based approach and empower clients with the tools necessary to realize their best selves.
A Raleigh native, I received my Masters in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University and I have 16 years of professional experience including community mental health, substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, corporate counseling, and career coaching in New York City. I have been in private practice in North Carolina since 2016.
