Taking new clients! I help clients with OCD feel empowered to face their fears, challenge intrusive thoughts, and build lives aligned with their values. I also love helping those that experience social anxiety, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and emetophobia. I help clients work wisely with intrusive thoughts and use Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP) to treat OCD and other anxiety disorders. I believe in the transformative power of facing fears with care and support, uncovering personal strength and freedom that may have previously seemed unimaginable.
My approach is rooted in ERP Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which emphasizes moving toward values and goals with compassionate, non-judgmental awareness. I also integrate mindfulness and meditation to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and navigate challenges.
I believe that life’s challenges, while often painful, can present opportunities for growth and personal development. I recognize that all people struggle in one way or another and views pain as integral to the human experience. I enjoy helping clients identify and overcome limiting beliefs and patterns, befriend themselves, and honor their uniqueness.
