As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I understand the experience of feeling like you know what you should be doing … but you can’t quite do it. I have a deep appreciation for what it’s like to feel stuck between what you want for yourself and how to get there. I love helping people learn to speak their own system’s language. We often have pretty clear ideas of what we should be doing, but those expectations can get in the way of recognizing what our unique nervous systems actually need—or even want. Your life experiences play a vital role in how you move through the world, and those experiences deserve deep understanding and attention.
Together we will strengthen the curiosity it takes to know those parts of you better so that you can care for them more purposefully. We will work toward finding a more meaningful—and practical—path forward that aligns with your authentic needs. This isn’t about dwelling on the past. It’s about honoring your history in a way that connects you to the present.
I use an integrative approach that incorporates experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), internal family systems (IFS), attachment theory, feminist theory, polyvagal theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. That said, I believe the most impactful factors of healing are connection and collaboration.
