Hi there! I’m Lindsay, a queer therapist, specialized in relationship therapy and trauma healing, empowering people virtually across Colorado and in-person in Denver! My Specialties: I help queer and trans folks find direction in life, heal from trauma, maintain and care for their healthy relationships, overcome stuck relationship conflict, build connection in relationships, explore identity, and grieve losses. My therapeutic style: I offer a warm and compassionate presence in my sessions, supporting each person through a queer, feminist lens.

What to expect in sessions: In our sessions together, you can expect to explore underlying emotions, thoughts about yourself and others, as well as attachment styles. In couples therapy, I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), attachment based tools to support you and your partner to learn new ways of communicating and navigate through conflict.
