The Anxiously Attached Women's Group
A ongoing, virtual, attachment-based process group. Connect with other women who share the same attachment style as you. Process and explore experiences through the attachment lens. Show up as your authentic self and be accepted and validated. Build self-compassion and work towards greater security through community. Topics to be discussed include: attachment styles, dating, relationships, sex, self-worth, anxiety, depression, friendship, loneliness, meaning-making, identity exploration, values, strengths, fears, people-pleasing, perfectionism, family history/dynamics, boundaries, needs, desires.
