About

I offer therapy to individuals, families and couples who are hoping to make positive changes in their lives. I believe that the client is the expert in their own life and that I am there as a helpful resource to offer support, reflect on patterns of behavior that may no longer serve you, and to offer encouragement and guidance to release the painful hurt of the past while moving forward to embrace a better tomorrow.
I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, etc. I am also trained in Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Gottman Institute Couple's Therapy Techniques.
I am happy to walk beside you through life's difficult journey and will offer you compassion, encouragement, support and provide you with a sense of being accepted, heard and validated. If you feel that we would be a good fit to work together, please reach out to me via phone or email and I am happy to discuss therapeutic options available to fit your needs.
