I am a licensed therapist with 6 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and other emotional challenges. My practice is grounded in a person-centered, collaborative and compassionate approach: I create a warm, nonjudgemental space where you are free to explore your inner world, understand relational patterns and unconscious drives, and cultivate meaningful change.
I’m trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Grief Counseling, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques to tailor treatment to individual needs.
