About
Making the choice to seek and begin therapy can take a lot of courage, yet it is often the first step towards resolving those issues in our lives that take away from the happiness and fulfillment that we deserve. I strongly feel that effective therapy is dependent on a good fit between a client and clinician where collaboration is encouraged. I believe it is best to tailor my therapeutic approach based on the individual's goals, personality, and lifestyle. It is my priority to create a safe space and nonjudgmental environment where people can gain clarity, self- awarenss, empowerment and overcome personal challenges.
I see both individuals and couples in my practice. I use a blend of therapeutic styles to treat the following: reproductive loss and infertility, miscarriage, postpartum depression/anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, depression and anxiety.
I specialize in treating sexual health issues (desire concerns, desire discrepancy in partnered relationships, pain with intimacy, erectile dysfunction, etc)
