My goal is to create a safe place where you can explore your needs, strengths, and future goals through art-based activities. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an artist. Sometimes it’s easier to express how the mind and body feel without using words.
Art therapy is a type of counseling that uses art processes to activate thoughts, emotions, and memories for healing. I integrate art therapy with client-centered, trauma-informed, and Jungian approaches to help clients relieve their symptoms of anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress. Verbal therapy is available to those who prefer not to use art.
