I utilize a trauma informed integrative approach based on your individual needs. This includes evidenced based practices in child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy including play therapy, art and sand tray therapy, expressive arts therapy, attachment and family therapy, interpersonal neurobiology and Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
I promise to ensure you are provided with a safe space where you will be heard, feel valued and effectively and appropriately challenged. For parents who are interested in learning more about their child's social and emotional development I offer an assessment for children ages one through five. This assessment is considered educational in nature.
