I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed therapist and utilize talk therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Person-Centered approach with experience in both mental health and substance use.
We all have phases in our life when we provide help to others and phases where we need to accept help, I realize reaching out can sometimes be the hardest part and I have been there and understand. I provide a safe, comfortable and relaxed space.
