Hi, I’m Lindsay Begley — a therapist at New Outlook Counseling Center specializing in couple and family therapy. I believe that everyone has the ability to create meaningful change in their life; sometimes, it just takes the right support and tools to get there.

I integrate techniques from Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy to help you better understand your story, heal from the past, and create the kind of connections you want in the present.
