About
Beginning the process of self discovery can be overwhelming, making life changes can be equally challenging. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to cultivate greater self-understanding, compassion for yourself, and your ability to navigate life’s experiences.
I believe in working with individuals at their own pace and comfort with a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. I embrace the depth of each person’s journey to heal their past traumatic wounding and foster the development of true empowerment. My focus is on issues around trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and self-esteem.
My goal is to support you on a journey that allows you to gain both the skills and knowledge needed to enact meaningful and lasting change in your life.
