I am a clinical psychologist. I strive to give everyone who enters my office the opportunity to search deep in themselves, and truly find who they are and who they want to be. I listen objectively and without judgment. In order for healing to take place I believe a client needs to be heard but also understood and validated and given the tools that work for them. My goal is to help clients understand, manage, and learn to cope with any trauma, depression, anxiety, and addiction. My hope is to help be a support as the people I work with find healing.
I attempt to help clients identify issues that feel overwhelming or consume them. I give my client a no judgment space to explore their past, present, and hopes for the future. I believe in all my clients until they recognize their own ability and believe in themselves. I try to help clients learn self love and how to be gentle to themselves.
I believe in supporting my clients and helping them in a non judgmental empathic environment. I have worked with clients in all stages of life and see the good in everyone. There is nothing someone can tell me that would make me look at them in a negative way, i'm here to help them heal.
